Al Masmak Palace
Al Masmak Palace, a historic site in Riyadh, symbolizes the foundation of KSA. Built in the 14th century as Imam Abdullah bin Faisal's residence, it features strong walls and limited entrances for defense. Converted into a museum in 1995, it showcases the history of regaining power in the country. The name "Al Masmak" means a strong building, initially used for weapons storage. The palace comprises six main areas, including a mosque, majlis, and residential units turned into display halls, allowing visitors to explore its historical significance through exhibits and presentations.
